Week 2 Stats

Notes:  Week 1 is all done.  I made a rhyme!  It was a turbulent 10 day week.  I had ups and downs and in the end progress was made.  My goal is 2lbs a week.  Here is the official week 2 report. 

Fighting Weight: 276.2 (-2.4)   Weight Watchers Weight:  279.8 (-5)

Measurements in inches: These are as accurate as I can make them. Have you ever tried to measure yourself? It can be a challenge. We’ll be looking for trends rather then getting caught up in a half inch here or there.

Week 1 Stats

Notes: So I knew I’d be doing my stats today.  That made yesterday the day before the official start.  In traditional fashion I decided to use the opportunity to binge.  I decided on McDonald’s because they seem to put some addictive substance in their food.  I’ll sum it up.  Just before bed I put down a large fry, large coke, Big Mac, double cheeseburger, McChicken,  four nuggets, and an apple pie.  I’m sick people, I’m not trying to hide it anymore.  Needless to say I’m feeling a bit ill today.  My weight right now is as bloated as my stomach so if I have a big weekly loss it’s probably due to that.
